    We had the pleasure of hosting so many yogis - thanks for coming! Over the 25+ years, we built a gorgeous studio and filled it full of playful yogis. Down Dog! Get Down!

    Lauren, one of the owners, is also a yoga teacher - whose motto is "Tricks Aren't Just for Kids." She has studied a bit with all of those at the end of this document, and of particular note Duncan Wong, and Shiva Rae.She cants less toward spirituality, and more toward Let's Rock This House, and Use It or Lose It.
