The Ooh La La Yoga Studios

Iguana Lodge now offers two incredibly gorgeous yoga/dance studios - The Ooh La La Yoga Studios can be found both poolside and beachfront. We generally offer yoga classes through out the high season (and often during the low season as well), as well as Latin dance lessons.

The poolside studio is nestled amongst breathtaking towering trees, overlooking the pool. The beach-front studio is on the beach - simply gorgeous. Yoga in the tropics is sublime, no need to turn up the heat or turn on a tape recorder to acquire peaceful sounds, such as crashing waves or birds calling, meanwhile, we also have good ipods for all sorts of music to yoga by, should you be so inclined.
